Inside Sales and Customer Service Position

Description : Maintain relationships with existing customers, take customer orders, respond to requests by customers, and expand customer base.

Location: Spring City, Pennsylvania

Kestrel Growth Brands, Inc. markets branded, Fair Trade Plus+ ® , Organic, and sustainable products from around the world in the Natural Foods industry. Our products are used by the top chefs and bakers and can be found in natural foods stores across the country. Our corporate office is in Eugene, Oregon . Our East Coast office is in Spring City, Pennsylvania . We are a small, rapidly growing company staffed with friendly and fun people.

We have a large sales territory available with an existing customer base and nearly unlimited growth potential.

Duties :

•  Contact existing customers by phone to get orders and enter them into our computer system (basic computer skills required)

•  Prospect for new customers using web searches, industry publications and other resources.

•  Contact new prospects via phone and email to introduce our products

•  Assist customers with requests for documents, organic certifications, invoices, etc.

•  Work with order processing staff to handle any urgent customer product or sample requests

•  Work from 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Requirements:

The successful candidate for this position will be a friendly, confident, and professional person that is self-motivated and with whom others enjoy working. Basic computer skills (Email, Internet and Word processing) and excellent phone manners are a must. Previous sales experience a plus. Training on company products and systems will be provided.

Remuneration:

• Start $10.00 per hour base plus commissions, health insurance benefits, quarterly profit sharing, retirement savings program, paid vacation, paid Birthday vacation.

• The available sales territory already has established customers and the growth potential is limitless. At the current level of sales the successful candidate can expect annual compensation of $30k+ with the ability to continually increase their pay.
